My background spans rail operations and control center leadership within safety-sensitive systems, where performance, accountability, and real-time decision-making are critical and non-negotiable.

That experience shapes how I evaluate organizations today; with precision, discipline, and structural clarity, diagnosing internal dysfunction and prescribing corrective frameworks that restore stability and operational control.
